What is your return policy?

We want not only you but your pets to be 100% satisfied with your order. 💛

If the thing that you have gotten is not quite right, we are ready to lend a helping hand.

🗓️ Return Window

It is allowed to return most of the new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days counting from the delivery date to get a refund or exchange.

📦 Condition of Items

The products have to be in their original packaging and in a condition that they can be sold again.

Due to health and safety, reasons, it is impossible to return any opened treats, chews, and grooming products unless they are damaged or defective.

🚚 Return Shipping

In case it is our fault (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will be the ones to pay for the return shipping.

On the contrary, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping if it is not our error.

💳 Refunds

After checking your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Paying for shipping is non-refundable unless it is a return caused by an error on our side.

We will provide you with the guidelines and, if it is the case, a return shipping label.

Return the item within 14 days of getting the return instructions.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible.
